2014 Domaine Du Pourra Gigondas La Reserve

2014 harvest : 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Mourvèdre.

Wine with aromas of violets and blackcurrant buds. Intense aromas of licorice, blackberries, and garrigue. 

A nice meeting between spices and fruitiness.  This wine will go very well with a fillet of beef, a stew of wild boar, and well-matured cheeses.  You can already taste this "Gigondas 2014" or keep it until 2025 in a cool place, between 12°C and 15°C, with good humidity, bottle lying down and away from light.
